FAQs

What Do I Wear?

We would be delighted if our guests could dress in cocktail attire to celebrate with us. Cocktail attire typically means a suit and tie, linen suit, or smart shirt and tro for gentlemen and a cocktail dress or chic ensemble for ladies.

We kindly request that guests avoid wearing white, cream, ivory, or similar shades, so the bride can truly shine on the day.

What Time Should I Arrive?

Please arrive at the venue at 3:30 pm on June 6, 2026.
The bridal procession will begin promptly at 4:00 pm, and we’d love
for everyone to be comfortably seated before it starts.

Out of respect for the moment, if you arrive after the ceremony has begun, please wait until it has finished before entering, so as not to disrupt the proceedings.

Getting Here

You can drive directly to the venue which is about 30 mins
from Alicante city centre (15 from the airport), or order an Uber, Cabify or local taxi
from your accommodation straight to the wedding venue.
It’s a quick and simple option to get you to the venue.

Our venue is tucked away in the countryside, which makes it extra special,
but it does mean taxis and ride-apps like Uber can take a little longer to reach us (sometimes up to 20 minutes). Please bear this in mind when planning your journey, as we’d love everyone to be comfortably seated before the ceremony begins at 4:00 pm.

Is There Parking Available At The Venue?

Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue. The car park is located just
as you drive in, making it simple and convenient. Park up, relax, and enjoy the day!

Where Is The Ceremony & Reception?

The ceremony and reception will all be held in the same venue,
Finca El Vincle, Alicante.

Will The Ceremony & Reception Be Indoors Or Outdoors?

We will exchange vows and enjoy dinner under the open sky,
before heading indoors to dance the night away!

Food & Drink

For all the meat lovers in our lives, we’re thrilled to share that we’ve hired an authentic Argentinian BBQ catering company.

We’ll be celebrating with an open bar all night long.
The menu will include:
Salad, Bread-rolls, Empanadas, Creole Sausages, Chicken & Beef on hotplates, Potatoes, a selection of cakes and of course, tea and coffee at the end!

Weather

June in Alicante usually means long, sunny days
with average highs around 27–30°C (80–86°F).

Please be mindful of the heat: we recommend wearing sunscreen, and we’ll have hand fans and parasols waiting on your ceremony chairs to help keep everyone cool.

The evening party will be inside a fixed marquee with full air conditioning, so you can dance the night away in comfort. You’re also very welcome to step inside and cool down in the marquee during the day if you need a break from the sun.
